The venue was absolutely spectacular. Our wedding photos, although as of yet we only have those taken by the guests, are amazing. The setting for the ceremony was everything we dreamed of and more. It was in the adjoining gardens and the guests had a view of us with the backdrop of the absolutely gorgeous Chateau. The host, Christian, his wife Marguerite and his assistant Morgane were incredible. He helped us whenever we had a question, and they were many, he also can speak good English so it was easy to communicate our requirements. He went above and beyond what we expected and helped us to have a remarkably enjoyable wedding weekend. When it looked like we might run short of wine Christian wasnt flustered but instead said that he could just sell us some of his! This was just one of the helpful things that he did for us over the weekend. The team was also very helpful when it came to suggestions for the DJ, flowers and photographer all of whom we dont think we could have chosen better. The accommodation in the Chateau itself is splendid and the gites although rustic are very charming. Be warned though the beds in the gites are to be made by the guests so our wedding party spent a couple of hours making the beds. The buildings provide numerous housing options for guests and unique and beautiful settings for photographs. Christian provided an inexpensive continental breakfast every morning that we were there and dinner options when we were too tired to go out during the lead up to the wedding. The food was sensational with delicious French dishes adorning the tables both at the bbq the night before and during the wedding night. Unfortunately it rained after the ceremony but Christian and his team handled it with aplomb. We had planned to have cocktail tables outside for pre-dinner delights including oysters, ham and melon and other French delicacies however when it started to rain Christian and team brought it all into the Marquee as if it was planned! The main course itself was a ridiculously good cut of beef and although it was a little underdone for some this was quickly remedied by Christian and team. The party itself was superb and we kept going until 03h30. Christian and team turned their restaurant into a nightclub for the event and it was such a great idea and so well done by Christian and our DJ Steefline! Overall we had an unforgettable wedding weekend and I cant recommend this place highly enough for an occasion such as this. Thank you Chateau Belle Epoque Chalet neuf tout confort. Le camping offre un superbe espace aquatique comprenant 1 lagon naturel bord\u00e9 de sable blanc, 3 toboggans de folie dont le Spacebowl, 1 piscine couverte chauff\u00e9e avec bain \u00e0 remous et pataugeoire, et 1 tobbogan vip\u00e8re et 1 pataugeoire pour les tous petits!
