Making a booking:

  1. Simply select the date available and time slot you require the room.
  2. Please enter the required details for reference.

Confirmation of your booking:

  • A confirmation of the booking will be sent to your email
  • A link to reschedule or cancel the booking is provided if you need to make changes.

Booking system:

  • Only 1 hour is permitted per booking
  • If you require more than 1 hour of use in the Meeting Room you would need to make a new booking. Simply click on ‘Schedule A New Appointment’ at the end of your booking confirmation.

General notes:

  • Please note the Meeting Room has a maximum capacity of 8 people.
  • Please ensure that all items not originally in the Meeting Room are cleared after usage.
