Do not open suspicious emails or attachments– delete them or report them to your email provider.
Do not respond to phone calls or emails asking for remote access to your computer.

We will only send emails to you from our domain: jdfx.co.nz. Watch out for fake email domains with similar variations.
We will only contact you by phone numbers from New Zealand (country code +64).

Deposits and withdrawals from your JDFX account should only be made from the Trading Room. JDFX currently do not accept deposits or withdrawals via Cryptocurrency see our Funds & Withdrawals page.
