YOUR BANK INFORMATION ON FILE:

Deposits and withdrawals must be to and from the registered account holder. 

We do not transfer funds to a third-party account so please ensure that the bank account is in your name.

Approval of Deposit

Your bank wire deposit will be approved when funds arrive to JDFX's account and during New Zealand business hours. Once approved your funds will automatically be credited to your trading account.

Approval of Withdrawal

Your withdrawal will be approved if you have enough funds for withdrawal and is requested before 5pm New Zealand time. Once approved the processing time may take an additional 1-2 days for local wire and 3–5 days for international wire  for the funds to arrive in your bank account.

Once withdrawal funds are processed, they cannot be cancelled.

DEPOSIT & WITHDRAWAL

Please note that some Payment Service Providers and Credit Card options will only be available for some countries.

Bank Wire Transfer option is available to all account holders.

For compliance and security reasons, withdrawals must first be returned to the original funding source, up to the total amount deposited via that method. Any profits exceeding the deposited amount must be withdrawn via bank transfer.

For example, if you deposited $100 via credit card and earned $100 in profit, a total withdrawal of $200 would be processed as follows: $100 returned to your credit card, and the remaining $100 sent to your nominated bank account.
