UPLOADING A DOCUMENT

Here you can learn how to:

  1. Login to your Trading Room
  2. Click the Profile icon on the top right corner
  3. Click on the 'My Profile' button
  4. Go to the 'Files' tab
  5. Click on the 'Upload file' button

  2. Click the Profile icon on the top right corner
  3. Click on the 'KYC' tab
  4. Upload your file

See why your file was rejected here:

  2. Click the Profile icon on the top right corner
  3. Click on the 'Files' tab
  4. You see why your document was rejected if you hover over the filename
  5. Rejected documents have a red dot next to them
